Bébé is a Franco-British baby essentials brand, built on the belief that safety and considered design should never be a trade-off.

Bébé exists to raise the standard for the products that surround a baby's earliest days. Too many of the essentials on the market ask parents to choose between something that looks good and something that actually works. We don't think that trade-off should exist, so we design every product to meet both bars at once.

Our first product, the Bear Buddy teether, reflects that approach in practice. Every curve was shaped with input from paediatric and material safety guidance, every material was chosen and certified before it was styled, and the finished design went through four years of development before it reached production.

Bébé is built on a genuinely Franco-British foundation, with operations spanning London and Paris. That cross-border perspective shapes how we source materials, test products and think about design, drawing on standards and sensibilities from both markets.

Bear Buddy is the first release from Cheeky Bears Ltd, available on Amazon UK, with further additions to the range planned as the brand grows.

Designing The Mark

A mark built on the same proportions found in nature

The Bébé identity is built on the golden ratio: the same proportion found in seashells, in flowers, and in the curve of a parent cradling a child. Every element of the wordmark and bear motif was mapped against that spiral, so the mark carries the same natural, balanced harmony as the bond it represents.

It's a detail most people will never consciously notice, but it reflects the same considered approach that runs through every product we make.
